Today we are rereleasing our Malaysian plantation oil, after almost 3 years of ageing, this oil was sold already back in 2021 and people loved it.

This oil was made and processed by agarwood scientists from Malaysia and they have captured more than 80% sesquiterpene and sesquiterpenoid content in the oil, which is crazy for an organic oud.

Scent profile is fruit/tamarind/leather/resin with no barn or burn notes.

1. **Woody and Earthy Base**: The primary note is a rich, woody aroma with a slightly earthy and grounding quality. This is the heart of any agarwood oil and is what makes it so prized.
  
2. **Sweetness**: This oud often carries a gentle sweetness, sometimes with hints of honey or caramel. The sweetness can vary depending on the quality and maturity of the agarwood.

3. **Spicy and Resinous Notes**: You may also detect subtle spicy or resinous undertones, giving it a warm and slightly smoky character. These nuances are what provide depth to the oil.

4. **Green and Fresh Notes**: Since it is plantation oud, as opposed to wild agarwood, you might notice a fresher or greener note, reminiscent of damp wood or forest floors.

5. **Slight Medicinal or Camphoric Hints**: Some Malaysian oud oils, especially from plantations, may have a faint medicinal or camphor-like edge, which blends with the resinous profile to create an exotic feel.
